Cheree has experienced many years in the corporate space ranging from basic customer service to sales engineering. During her time as a tech support specialist, she picked up skills in ios, mac os, and Windows hardware troubleshooting. After moving on to sales engineering, she expanded on those troubleshooting skills by focusing on the software aspects. Other noteworthy accomplishments include her achievements in getting certified in AWS and Splunk technologies.
